Premises
On an episode of Minds at Yeerk, a completed Animorphs podcast, Alex LaVelle and Megg Griffin’s friend Chris Grine made a comment regarding how great the podcast name Quantum Grandma is. Megg quickly replied “Surprise, it’s our Kingdom Hearts episode,” and an idea was planted.
Two years later, they launched a podcast based entirely on that premises. Join each week to sample a random episode of a random podcast that would absolutely exist…if only the hosts had more time!
Commit to the bit, no bummers, and share what you would love to talk about if only you had time!
Guesting on the Podcast
Before Recording
Prior to recording, we will get together to discuss what the episode is about, the format of the podcast, and what, if anything needs to be done prior to recording. All guests will need to submit a headshot (professional not required) and a bio, including social media links. Picture should be a minimum of 300 dpi. This can include other projects you are working on — we love cross promotions. (Note — if you have a trailer for something, send over as well.)
Recording an Episode
All guests should have their own recording software, a decent mic, and a decent computer and internet connection that allows you to record and run zoom at the same time.
Recording Sessions run an hour and a half. Commit to the bit, and have fun geeking out!
